Inergroup is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as First Shift Warehouse Production Workers in Groveport, OH. As a Warehouse Production Worker at Inergroup, you will be an integral part of our operation, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our warehouse activities. Your primary responsibilities will include working on an assembly line sorting and packaging the correct number of prepackaged food items into the appropriate boxes for shipping
This 1st Shift Warehouse Production Worker job offers weekly pay starting at $17 per hour and great benefits are available
Responsibilities:
Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Ensure all items are facing the same direction before placing in store packaging
Pack and prepare products for shipping
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet daily goals
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment
Qualifications:
No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to stand for the entire shift and complete repetitive tasks working on the production line
Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately
