Job Description

This position seeks a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a professional with a Bachelors degree in a related field and school experience to provide behavioral support to K-12 students. The role is based in Boise, ID, within a K-12 school setting and is offered as a contract position for the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR
• Possess a Bachelors degree in a related field with experience working in school environments
• Experience supporting students across kindergarten through 12th grade
• Ability to manage and work effectively with students exhibiting mild to severe behavioral challenges

Location:

• Boise, Idaho

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on student behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist in creating positive classroom environments that support student success
• Adapt behavior strategies to meet the diverse needs of students in the school setting
