Job Description

Support students with behavioral challenges in a dynamic K-12 school setting located in Meridian, ID. This contract position is ideal for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on children with mild to severe behaviors throughout the school year.

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with educators and behavior specialists
• Collect and analyze data on student progress to inform treatment adjustments
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students exhibiting a range of behavioral challenges
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines related to student care
• Communicate effectively with school staff and family members to support student success

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Bachelors degree in a related field such as psychology, education, or special education
• Experience working within school environments supporting K-12 students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain patient and compassionate

Location: Meridian, Idaho (K-12 School)

Contract Duration: School Year (CSY)

Compensation: $20-$23 per hour
