Job Overview:
Guarantee Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our project managers, estimators, and office team. This role involves managing daily office functions, coordinating with vendors and clients, and assisting with project logistics. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages.
• Print and distribute project drawings and documents.
• Obtain competitive bids from subcontractors.
• Create and manage purchase orders.
• Research and secure vendors for small-scale projects across the country.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and vendors via phone and email.
• Coordinate job site logistics, including ordering lifts, dumpsters, and portable toilets.
• Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus.

• Primarily office-based with occasional physical tasks such as climbing stairs or lifting materials.

• Salary: $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
