Our local government client is hiring an on-site Administrative Assistant to support their team in Waco, TX!

Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls, answer door entry requests with remote access, and receive/sign for package shipments.

- Handle mail order tracking, inventory tracking, keeping office supplies organized/stocked, and basic ordering.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years' experience as an Administrative Assistant in high-volume clerical environment

- Seeking high-energy Administrative Assistant who is technically-savvy with MS Suite Applications, along with coordinating calendar invitations via MS Outlook
