Overview:

Earn $19.00 - $20/hr.  

Joining our California’s Great America team means you'll start making the meaningful connections with our guests as they enter the park.

You’ll also…

• Interpret and analyzes guest needs and provide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Guide guests through the season pass or general park purchase process, while utilizing sales techniques such as quantity, up-selling, and discounts.
• Utilize computer to create and process season passes, input pass registration forms, takes photos of the guests, and ensures proper distribution of the completed passes. 
• Identify and scan different types of admission tickets and season passes, and verify authenticity and proper usage upon receiving at the front gate. 
• Perform operating duties for toll booths, includes, but not limited to, setting up booth and POS, process transactions and provides direction and park information to guests.
• Have additional opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Candidates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday for Spring and Summer operation.
• We’re looking for candidates who have FULL AVAILABILITY  meaning they’re able to work opening and/or closing shifts.
  • ** Ideally looking for candidates available to work up to 8 hr. shifts.
• This is a seasonal position, and we’re looking for candidates who can work a minimum of 3 months through the end of the season.
