We’re Hiring: Business Sales Representatives – Minnesota

Pay Structure: W2 commission-based role
Earnings: New advisors typically earn $85K in their first year, while experienced reps can earn $150K+. Includes a paid training wage of up to $4,000 during your first 8 weeks.

No prior business sales experience? No problem! If you’re self-motivated, tech-savvy, and enjoy connecting with people, we’ll provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

What Your Schedule Looks Like:
Successful advisors treat this as a full-time career, typically working 8 AM – 5 PM , with flexibility to extend hours if desired:
Morning (9–11): In-person prospecting and business visits
Afternoon (1–3): In-person prospecting, Business visits and follow-ups
• Remaining time: Admin tasks, scheduling, and training

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage business owners and decision-makers to present ADT’s smart security and automation solutions
• Build relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Generate leads and maximize outreach with creative prospecting
• Manage work orders, documentation, and follow-ups accurately
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and generate referrals
