BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Production Certification Proctor in Everett, WA 98204

Job Title: Aerospace Production Certification Proctor
Duration: 4months
Location: Everett, WA 98204
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)

Pay Range: $22hr-$23/hr
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Electronic Test Monitor. No aerospace experience required but heavy on excellent customer service and basic computer skills. Please see below for full JD.

Position Description - Etest Monitor
Client is seeking an E-test Monitor who will work as part of the Instructor Resource Management team to facilitate electronic testing sessions at client sites.

Responsibilities:
Representing the client as the first point of contact for the students in
electronic testing sessions.
Adaptability and responsiveness to client requirements and requests for assistance.
Maintaining assigned testing areas schedules, equipment, communications and risks/constraints.
Monitoring testing area by checking-in all participants, enforcing compliance guidelines within testing environment, replenishing classroom supplies, conducting pre-requisites and pre-work checks and post-session room cleanup.
Providing status updates to the Delivery Services Manager weekly, or more frequently, if necessary.
Escalating any issues to the Delivery Services Manager in a timely manner.
Staying abreast of content requirements in the agreed subject matter areas.
Will be asked to help assist instructors in classes. Including but not limited to handing out papers, helping students with computers and, safety in the lab. If candidate excels may be considered for instructor role when coming direct depending on needs at the time of hire.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
Technical aptitude with PC, able to help login and navigate through a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Strong customer service skills.
Qualified candidates MUST be open to a flexible work schedule (support clients 24/7) and willing/able to support all Puget Sound locations: Everett, Seattle and Renton.
