Job Description - Manage all aspects of affordable housing construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals.
- Oversee daily construction site operations and address any challenges promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality control.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

The Successful Applicant A successful Affordable Housing Superintendent should have:
- Been a lead Super on an affordable housing project
- Can have ground up or tenant in place experience
- NYCHA OR HPD IS A MUST
- Proven experience in property development and construction, particularly in affordable housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
