POSITION OVERVIEW :

Hexagon Lavish is an antiartificial scientific R&D startup based in Atlanta, Georgia, seeking a full-time, highly focused Chief Marketing Officer .

The Chief Marketing Officer will focus on lead generation and developing the primary go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include securing new client contracts, business and marketing development, market research, strategic company promotion, and managing daily marketing activities.

This role supervises the marketing strategy team and client account management, collaborating with senior management to craft compelling narratives and strategies to connect with various constituencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and manage marketing strategies to meet targets
• Own and promote brand positioning and strategy
• Manage creative agencies and ensure consistent branding
• Provide insights to support product and service development
• Build marketing support across all business areas
• Lead market research efforts and performance tracking
• Coordinate marketing communications and resource allocation
• Support strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• Build and lead a capable marketing team
• Create annual marketing plans and strategies
• Develop compelling brand messages
• Oversee social media strategies and daily revenue reports
• Coordinate issue resolution and review marketing documentation
• Lead team meetings and monitor project metrics
• Translate strategic plans into actionable business strategies

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience in building companies from the ground up
• At least 8 years supervising in a high-tech/scientific R&D environment
• Proven ability to develop a creative marketing footprint
• Experience managing external partnerships
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams
