Roles & Responsibilities
The Park School is seeking Assistant Athletic Director Interns to join our team for the 25-26 academic year.   Interns must be available between approximately 1:30–4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, as well as one Saturday in February. In this role, interns will assist with the daily operations and logistics of the athletics program, including:

• Supporting Park School’s overall athletic program and serving students, coaches, staff, families, and the broader school community.
• Collaborating closely with the Director of Athletics to uphold athletic program policies and procedures.
• Assist with managing practice and game-day operations, which may include event setup and breakdown, confirming officials and transportation, maintaining game and practice schedules, handling uniform and equipment inventory and distribution, operating the scoreboard, and more.
• Performing additional duties consistent with the position as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as an Undergraduate or Graduate student in Sports Management or similar program
• Background or experience in athletics
• Experience coaching at the youth, high school, and college level is preferred.
• Professionalism in conduct, demeanor, and work habits
• Reliable, responsible and detail oriented
• Committed to fostering and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Able to communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues. 
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. 
• CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain it upon hiring
