Scaringi Law is a full-service law firm with a long and proud tradition of providing high-quality legal services to its clients. Our attorneys have considerable responsibility and flexibility. They are supported by well-educated, trained, and hard-working paralegals and administrative support staff. The Firm runs the business so that the attorneys are free to practice law.

We seek Associate Attorneys for the following practice areas: (1) Employment Law; (2) Civil/Commercial Litigation; (3) Business, Tax, Estate Planning and Estates; and (4) Family Law in our Harrisburg Office. Our busy practice requires additional attorneys to service our demanding caseload. The candidates must have experience in these practice areas, strong courtroom skills, and be able to hit the ground running.

*Pay*: We offer two types of compensation. One, is a salary with billable hour bonuses twice a year, origination fees, and production fees. The salary is determined by the number of years of experience as a practicing attorney and current or previous production amounts. The salary-based pay requires 1500 billable hours per annum. Two, is commission. The commission is 35% to 40% of collections plus 7% of collections generated by the attorney on matters originated by the attorney and 15%, 20%, or 25% (depending on the length of employment) of collections generated by other attorneys in the firm but originated by the attorney. The commission-based pay requires a minimum of 600 billable hours per annum.
