We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a
Assurance Senior Manager to join the
Affordable Housing team in our
New York office. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.
YOUR TEAM. This position will support our
Affordable Housing Group . You will work on a team with other Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. This team has a passion for what they do and a focus on consistently delivering value to our clients.

YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Drive client engagements
- Review and prepare financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, management letters, agreed upon procedures, and other attestation engagements
- Demonstrate professional creativity in dealing with client matters and make constructive suggestions to improve client operations
- Effectively analyze client transactions, recognizing and resolving potential or existing problems with appropriate research and consulting
- Accept responsibility and utilize firm resources to complete assignments
- Oversee, mentor, and develop staff
YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: - 10+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
- Affordable Housing or Real Estate experience required
- Bachelor's Degree required
- CPA licensure required
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
- Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills

New York, the salary range for a
Assurance Senior Manager is $150,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, to name a few.
