We’re looking for a customer-focused, reliable Beverage Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll help customers in the store and assist with local deliveries, making sure everyone has a great experience. If you enjoy talking with people, selling a variety of products, and working in a fast-paced retail environment with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. Pay is $18 per hour plus delivery tips; averaging $21-$24 per hour. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, identify their needs, and deliver outstanding customer service
• Explain products, promotions, and services to customers in a clear and friendly manner
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
• Accurately process sales, handle cash and credit/debit transactions, and issue receipts
• Prepare and complete local liquor deliveries safely and on time
• Verify customer identification and follow all alcohol safety and compliance requirements
• Investigate and courteously resolve customer questions or complaints

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift and carry cases of beer and liquor
