We are a well-known Dress and Tuxedo shop in the area. We have grown by offering our clients more than just a product, but an experience. We cater to the Quinceanera and Sweet 16 market but service all types of events. We recently upgraded to our new location in Green Brook and are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! We are interested in a long-term employee who will grow with the business and help us expand our brand.

You will be responsible for all the day-to-day activities including:
Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to expand sales and market presence
• Build, train, mentor and supervise team of sales staff
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Manage client accounts and relationships
• Manage vendor accounts
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Personable, customer service oriented, driven individual
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
• Fluency in Spanish is required
