At SF-Bay Area Provisions, we are a proud Local Purveyor of the Boar’s Head – a premium brand known for its commitment to quality, tradition, and craftsmanship in deli meats, cheeses, and condiments. As a Boar’s Head Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of this iconic brand, helping customers discover products they’ll love and trust.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to represent Boar’s Head products in retail environments. You will engage with customers, educate them about Boar’s Head offerings, provide samples, and drive brand awareness and product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the face of Boar’s Head in-store and at events
Set up and manage sampling stations and promotional displays
Educate customers on Boar’s Head product qualities, ingredients, and benefits
Offer samples, answer product questions, and provide pairing/sandwich suggestions
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
Track and report feedback, inventory, and product movement
Maintain a clean, professional, and food-safe presentation at all times
Collaborate with store teams and management to support merchandising goals
Qualifications:
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
Prior experience in customer service, retail, food service, or sales preferred
Passion for food and premium brands
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Food handler’s permit or willingness to obtain (if required by state/local law)
Weekend availability may be required
