Reports To: Director of Media Relations / Broadcast Manager

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | Media & Broadcasting

Position Overview

The Dallas Bulls are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Broadcaster / Commentator to deliver live game commentary, analysis, and storytelling that enhances the fan experience. This role requires a strong passion for football, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide insightful and entertaining play-by-play and color commentary during games and related broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live play-by-play and color commentary for Dallas Bulls games across radio, television, and digital platforms.

  • Research teams, players, and game statistics to deliver accurate and compelling analysis.

  • Collaborate with the broadcast production team to ensure smooth and professional broadcasts.

  • Participate in pre-game, halftime, and post-game shows or interviews as needed.

  • Engage with fans through social media and other platforms to enhance the viewing experience.

  • Stay updated on league news, team developments, and football trends.

  • Represent the Dallas Bulls professionally during all broadcasts and public appearances.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a sports broadcaster or commentator, preferably in football or related sports.

  • Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.

  • Deep knowledge and passion for football and the Dallas Bulls.

  • Ability to think quickly and adapt during live broadcasts.

  • Comfortable working with broadcast technology and equipment.

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and travel as required.

Preferred Attributes

  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, Broadcasting, or related field a plus.

  • Experience with on-camera and/or radio broadcasting.

  • Strong voice presence and clear articulation.

  • Ability to connect with a diverse fan base and convey enthusiasm for the game.

  • Professional demeanor and strong teamwork skills.
