Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex requirements by interpreting STTMs and troubleshoot production failures accordingly.
• Propose effective solutions to resolve identified issues.
• Develop and execute scripts for data corrections and coordinate with technical teams to deploy changes to production.
• Verify and certify data post-correction implementation.
• Communicate technology solutions in collaboration with system analysts or technical leads, aligning business rules, processes, and data requirements.
• Leverage data insights to drive performance and decision-making.
• Accurately document data lineage and source-to-target mappings.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations.
• Clearly document and communicate business and data requirements.
• Effectively convey insights and plans to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and resources effectively.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience required.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Business/Data Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced SQL (preferably on Oracle databases) and strong Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Mart concepts.
• Experience using Toad and comparing data across multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders on high-visibility projects.
• Experience in multifamily or single-family mortgage is preferred.
