Car Wash Sales Attendant

We are seeking high energy, team players that can provide outstanding customer service to our guests and contribute to reaching personal and team goals for membership sales. Must be OK with working outside during all 4 seasons. WEEKENDS REQUIRED.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn how to direct cars safely into the car wash tunnel.
• A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.
• The ability to present, promote, and sell car wash memberships.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Learn the operations of the tunnel and practice tunnel safety.
• The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask.
• The ability to work well alone and in a team environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including the landscaping.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.
• Basic computer skills.
• Any duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability preferred - Weekends Required.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
