Summary/Objective: Luxury Backyard Living/TEMO, Inc ., is seeking a skilled
Cement Finisher to join our team. The Cement Finisher will be responsible for smoothing, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete surfaces for various construction projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing, knowledge of construction materials, and the ability to operate relevant tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities: - Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools.
- Set forms and edges, ensuring proper alignment and depth according to project specifications.
- Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure concrete surfaces.
- Use various techniques, including floating, troweling, and stamping, to achieve the desired finish.
- Cut expansion joints and install reinforcing materials as needed.
- Repair and resurface existing concrete structures.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of materials.
- Work collaboratively with other construction team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
Qualifications & Skills: - High school or equivalent degree, required.
- Proven experience as a Cement Finisher or similar role in construction.
- Experience with decorative concrete finishes, such as stamping or staining.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in using finishing tools such as trowels, floats, edgers, and screeds.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements: - The position is it is both on-site at the facility and off-site at the installation locations, where there is exposure to noise, smells, temperature fluctuations, and weather conditions.
- Work is performed outdoors at installation sites and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Requires standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy materials for extended periods.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
