Fashion supplier is seeking a Chargeback and Deductions Analyst to enhance our team and maximize business opportunities. Our team is hardworking, efficient, and well-respected. Candidates should be proactive, engaging, and responsible with strong follow up skills. Candidates must have prior experience in working with chargebacks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage chargebacks for the company by determining their validity
• Challenge invalid claims and work to have them reversed
• Identifying the root cause of valid claims and implementing a plan to prevent them in the future
• Collaborate with sales, production, distribution center, sales, billing and EDI teams for the research, resolution and prevention of the chargebacks
• Identify reoccurring violations and work with the necessary parties to reduce or eliminate them
• Take a lead role in all complex violation chargebacks
• Prepare and present chargeback and recovery reports and analytics to management
• Assist with other projects related to chargebacks as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience in chargebacks
• Experience with an apparel or accessories manufacturing company preferred
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Able to work well in a team or individually
• Strong Communications (both written and verbal) & follow-up customer service skills is a must
