Role Description
The Chief Appraiser will oversee the property appraisal process to ensure compliance with local and state regulations in Whitfield County, GA. Primary responsibilities include managing appraisal operations, supervising staff, setting appraisal policies, and ensuring accurate property tax assessments. This is a full-time, on-site position and requires collaboration with government officials and the public while leading efforts to maintain equitable property valuations throughout the county.
