• keep management systems up to date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing activities

Salary information

Red Bank: the salary range for this role is $73000 to $80000.

The expected salary range as of the date of this posting is based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team

You will be working for a team of Financial Advisors in Red Bank, NJ as a Client Associate. Youll play an important role in assisting Financial Advisors along with their clients, helping them with administrative functions.

Your expertise

• series 7 or 66 licenses, not needed at time of hiring
• ideally 3-5 years experience in client service, within the finance sector
• college degree focusing on financing / banking
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
