Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Associate / Travel. This role involves assisting clients with their travel needs, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth booking processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and provide support with travel-related services
Assist with reservations, itinerary planning, and booking adjustments
Provide accurate information regarding travel options, policies, and requirements
Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to meet client needs efficiently
Qualifications:
