Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Liaison based in Billerica, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Clinical Liaison will primarily act as a bridge between healthcare providers, patients, and other key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting case management, coordinating patient care, establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities, promoting home care and rehabilitation services, and driving business development initiatives. The role involves identifying and developing referral sources as well as ensuring exceptional client and patient satisfaction.
