Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Manager

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and HR systems, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience working in a high-growth or fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Administration: Own and manage all compensation and benefit workflows within Workday (or equivalent HCMS), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective reporting.
- Payroll Oversight: Oversee bi-weekly payroll operations in partnership with a third-party payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Compensation Strategy: Collaborate with senior HR leadership to assess, develop, and implement a competitive and equitable compensation structure.
- Benefits Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for health benefits and 401(k) plans, ensuring compliance and providing employee education and support.
- Compensation Structures: Maintain salary grading systems aligned with career frameworks and organizational culture.
- Market Analysis: Conduct internal equity and market competitiveness reviews using relevant data and industry knowledge.
- Employee Communications: Create materials and tools to help employees understand and appreciate their total rewards package, including total rewards statements.
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation to meet federal and state compliance requirements.
- Program Development: Recommend and implement enhancements to compensation and benefits programs based on employee feedback and market trends.
- HR Analytics: Partner with HR leadership to provide insights through data analysis and reporting on key people metrics.
- Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies with organization-wide impact.
