**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team, specializing in the installation, servicing, and testing of anchoring systems for swing stages in new construction buildings. This role requires a valid license **Responsibilities** + Install, service, and test anchoring systems for swing stages in new construction buildings. + Work collaboratively with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently. + Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively. + Coordinate with project coordinators and administrative staff to ensure seamless project execution. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of experience in construction-related work. + Proficiency in construction techniques including drywall hanging, finishing, framing, and roofing. + Strong communication and coordination abilities. + Computer proficiency for project documentation and communication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in using power tools. + Ability to work under fast-paced conditions. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company committed to supporting and growing its employees.
