Salary: $119,017 - 119,017 per year Requirements:

• I’m looking for candidates with a strong understanding of biology. A completed or in-progress Masters or PhD is preferred but not required. Relevant fields of study include Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science. It’s essential that applicants are fluent in English (native or bilingual level) and detail-oriented. You should also possess proficiency in biology alongside skills in inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.

• In this role, you will give AI chatbots a variety of complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs. Additionally, you will assess the quality produced by the AI models for correctness and performance, driving improvements in the models' capabilities.
