Blue Stone Health & Wellness is currently accepting applications for an experienced and customer-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our healthcare team. As a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries effectively.
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage accurately.
• Collect and process patient payments following established protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely assistance.
• Handle sensitive patient information confidentially and with utmost discretion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of Dental Front Desk activities and workflow.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software.
