We are seeking professional and driven individuals to join our busy, multi-specialty Dental Office as a Junior Receptionist . This position offers the potential to become full-time for the right candidate!

Requirements:

• Bilingual : Fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking and translating)

• Excellent communication skills
  
  
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently

• Experienced with computers and knowledgeable about office operations

• Reliable, punctual, well-spoken, and professional
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls (multiple lines)

• Engaging with patients over the phone in a professional and friendly manner

• Registering incoming patients and managing front desk responsibilities
