Dental Receptionist (Front Office Staff)
Oakland-Alameda Endodontics
California
Salary: $25 - $32hr DOE/E
Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K profit sharing and PTO (after 1 year of employment), holidays. $1,000 sign-on bonus (half paid out after 6 months of consecutive employment, other half paid out after 9 months of consecutive employment)
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
This position requires at least 2+ years of applicable experience in a support role in a dental or medical office.

Progressive, high quality Endodontic office with locations in Oakland and Alameda, has an immediate need for a friendly, organized and motivated receptionist to provide world-class customer service to our patients and provide general administrative and office support to the Endodontics team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and route calls; take messages.
Schedule appointments accurately to reflect endodontist’s schedule.
Greet patients and other visitors.
Email communication with patients.
Order office supplies.
Other duties as assigned.

Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma.
At least three (2)+ years in a dental or medical office support role (endodontic experience is a plus).
