Job Overview
We are looking for a US based highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. This role will contribute to performance marketing, social media strategy, email automation, and content-driven growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to drive audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion through data-informed digital tactics.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital platforms, understands campaign analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Assist in the planning and deployment of digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid platforms.
  • Track and report on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand and deliver high-performing digital ad assets.

2. Email Marketing & Automation

  • Manage segmented email lists and support ongoing optimization of tagging and audience targeting.
  • Build, test, and schedule email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar.
  • Support automation workflows including lead nurturing sequences, cart abandonment flows, and event reminders.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and campaign conversions; suggest improvements based on insights.

3. Content Distribution & Performance Tracking

  • Assist in developing performance-driven landing pages and promotional content.
  • Update website content to align with campaigns and SEO strategy.
  • Use Google Analytics, GA4, and UTM tracking to evaluate traffic sources and user behavior.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and reports for digital performance insights.

4 . Webinars, Virtual Events, and Lead Capture

  • Assist in setting up Zoom webinars and integration with landing pages or lead forms.
  • Promote events through email, paid ads, and organic content.
  • Manage event follow-up campaigns and measure attendance-to-conversion metrics.

5 . Creative & Collateral Support

  • Support the creation of digital marketing materials including banners, carousels, reels, and short-form videos.
  • Maintain creative asset libraries, ensuring timely updates and repurposing for new campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure all digital assets meet brand and performance standards.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance campaign support.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting dashboards.
  • Understanding of basic SEO, lead funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with email automation tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Elementor).
  • Comfort with tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and performance campaign tagging.
  • Interest in wellness, Ayurveda, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.

Working Conditions
