Insight Global is hiring a Director of Fundraising for a Non-profit Mental Health Organization that has been serving Orange County's children, youth, and families for over 50 years. This person will be designing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to significantly grow philanthropic revenue.

Schedule: Mon - Friday full-time on-site *occasional events nights/weekends

Salary Range: $109,000 - $150,000

Overview: The Director of Fundraising/Development will spearhead fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This dynamic role is crucial to advancing the mission of healing children and families and strengthening communities through trauma-informed care.

This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief of Staff (CoS), and the Director of Planning and Marketing to lead donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation efforts while overseeing all aspects of our fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a multi-faceted fundraising strategy to secure significant individual, corporate, foundation, and government support.
2. Set annual fundraising goals and manage a personal portfolio of major donors ensuring a high level of engagement and stewardship.
3. Collaborate with the Executive Team to align fundraising objectives with strategic goals.
4. Lead efforts to increase unrestricted revenue through innovative campaigns, donor appeals, and events.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors degree (Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing major gifts of $100,000 or more.
• Demonstrated success in developing and leading multi-year cultivation strategies and high-impact campaigns.
• Fundraising experience specifically for the nonprofit industry - proven track record of KPI's and metrics pertaining to fundraising (examples on 990 reporting)

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in donor management systems (Virtuous preferred), healthcare nonprofit experience
