Our client is seeking a Director of Regulatory Compliance, who will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. You will oversee compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, federal, and state anti-money laundering laws, advising on compliance programs and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining AML policies, providing training, and ensuring the Casino’s workforce understands related practices. You will also manage reports related to CTR and SAR filings, oversee independent audits, conduct annual risk assessments, and improve monitoring tools for suspicious activities.
To excel, you will need extensive experience in AML compliance within the Casino or Finance industries, along with strong analytical and organizational skills. A Master’s degree is preferred, combined with a proven track record in managing regulatory compliance initiatives.
