As a Control Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of our facility. You will be responsible for monitoring control room equipment, responding to alarms, documenting incidents, and handling conflicts. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to make quick decisions will be essential in this role.
Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel is required. A demonstrated ability to multi-task and effectively communicate information to Public Safety and building staff, and initiate work orders + incident reports is essential. Must be dependable and flexible to work all shifts as required to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
