Delivery Driver

Next Steps Logistics LLC is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. We offer full and part-time opportunities. We operate on 10-hour shifts and dispatch 6 days a week.

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Driver's license must have a "FOR HIRE" endorsement. This can be obtained at your local BMV
• Must pass a drug test

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Use Android handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
• Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a dolly or other tools used to move heavier items 50+ lbs.
• Able to get in and out of box trucks or step vans and walk up and down stairs through your shift
• Able to assist customers with special add-on services
• Be reliable, everyday

Work Schedule:

• Operational Monday - Saturday
• Open to a rotating schedule
• Open to an on-call shift at least once per week
• As a company we will do our best to avoid last-minute changes
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Overtime will be available
