Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch to clients of a prestigious luxury brand.
Communicate product features and brand stories effectively to engage and inform customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process orders and manage customer accounts with attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and drive sales.
Stay updated on luxury market trends and new product offerings to provide valuable insights.

? Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English ; additional language skills are a plus.
A valid EU passport and openness to relocating to Indonesia.
Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering quality customer experiences.
Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment.
Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business demands.
