What You'll Be Doing The Email and Communication Specialist is responsible for overseeing all tasks related to email marketing. This includes demonstrating an ability to create accessible, engaging, and memorable texts and conducting research to better comprehend consumers. The specialist also exercises a keen knowledge of Marketing Communication and Campaign Strategies through the operation of internal systems, including but not limited to HubSpot and Admin Console. Your Monthly Goals

• Identify the target audience and expand email subscriber base.
• Develop and execute targeted email marketing initiatives.
• Set up and manage automated email flows using HubSpot's workflow tools, including reminders, automated follow-ups, and other custom event-triggered emails.
• Review emails for coherence, grammar, and accuracy.
• Ensure email templates are optimized for mobile devices.
• Compile newsletters containing company updates for internal and external distribution. • Enhance email templates through graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
• Oversee and upkeep social media profiles across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Craft engaging marketing content for various platforms, including emails, landing pages, and blog posts.
• Explore and utilize effective marketing channels and media platforms to communicate product messages to customers.
• Work cross-collaboratively with key stakeholders and leaders to know the mind and strategy behind marketing email and communication projects.
• Work cross-collaboratively with our IT, BI and Development teams to effectively execute tasks and innovate new ways to accomplish KPIs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Maintain a 95% completion on time rate for all projects.
• Manage 100% of existing email campaigns within outlined timeframes and delivery rates.
• Remain at or above benchmark scores for 90% of new and existing email marketing campaigns.
• Produce 100% of any and all assigned content creation and delivery work each month. StartCHURCH
