️ Online English teaching The class size is 1 Chinese student between the ages of 5-12. Classes are 28 minutes long and count as a half-hour lesson with regards to coach salary. The class time would be in North American mornings before traditional work hours. Coaches define their availability and can choose time slots of 0.5–4 hours a day Monday-Saturday but must work the same schedule at least 3 days(MWF or TTS). Competitive salaries for qualified instructors are offered 18–34 USD PER HOUR, including 14–30USD/hour basic rate+ bonus. If you are more than qualified, the salary can still be discussed.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree,Certificate of TEFL, TESOL or TESL(ESL teaching experience is a strong plus )Primary school teachers are preferred.
2. Commit to a minimum term of one year.
3. USA native speakers ,east of USA preferred because the teaching hours are in the evenings from Mon. to Sat. in GMT +8 time zone.
4. Have your own computer or reliable performance tablet PC and reliable access to stable Internet connection in a quiet environment .
5. Good computer skills at internet and Office software
6. Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes
7. Coaching kids experience preferred
8. An energetic and enthusiastic disposition preferred
