We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager (Prophet 21) to oversee and optimize our ERP systems and IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing ERP operations, collaborating with the executive team, and driving improvements to Epicor Prophet 21 system efficiency.
You will play a critical role in overseeing IT operations and managing strategic ERP initiatives that improve business performance, system customization, and data-driven decision-making.
Lead the management and optimization of Epicor Prophet 21 ERP system to align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to define and execute ERP and IT strategies.
Direct and manage company-wide IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware/software systems.
Plan, implement, and manage ERP-related projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
Drive ERP improvements through troubleshooting, user training, system analysis, and process redesign.
Oversee Prophet 21 customizations, DynaChange configurations, and reporting functionalities.
Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with cybersecurity best practices.
Manage the IT team including hiring, training, performance reviews, and day-to-day operations.
Analyze and forecast IT budgets and technology investments to improve cost efficiency.
Work cross-functionally with departments to resolve ERP-related issues and implement solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as an ERP or IT Manager, with Epicor Prophet 21 experience strongly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in ERP troubleshooting and IT project management.
Proficient in IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity, networks, and hardware/software systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and custom reporting is a plus.
Experience with DynaChange and ERP customization tools is a strong plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT management software.
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to lead and support cross-functional teams.
7+ years of experience in IT or ERP system management.
Hands-on experience building and managing ERP systems from the ground up.
Distribution industry or electro-mechanical component experience is a plus.
Experience using KPIs and performance data to manage IT and ERP improvements.
Functional and technical knowledge of Epicor Prophet 21.
