Annual Salary : $40,000–$55,000
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (Full-Time, 8-hour shifts)

In this Wilmington, NC-based position, you'll play a key administrative and support role on our estimating team. You won’t be creating estimates yourself—but you’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps everything moving smoothly.
Note: Odyssey Mechanical recently moved into its brand-new office at 3030 Hall Watters Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405—a fresh space built for growth and collaboration.
Organize construction drawings and specifications
Assist estimators in preparing and formatting bid proposals
Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams on documentation
Maintain and track estimating files, project folders, and timelines
Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage daily workflows
Learn how to read basic construction blueprints and contribute to pre-construction planning
Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical project documentation

Experience supporting a pre-construction or estimating department
