Your New Role

In this Wilmington, NC-based position, you'll play a key administrative and support role on our estimating team. You won’t be creating estimates yourself—but you’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps everything moving smoothly.

Note: Odyssey Mechanical recently moved into its brand-new office at 3030 Hall Watters Drive, Wilmington, NC 28405—a fresh space built for growth and collaboration.

  • Organize construction drawings and specifications

  • Assist estimators in preparing and formatting bid proposals

  • Follow up with vendors, clients, and internal teams on documentation

  • Maintain and track estimating files, project folders, and timelines

  • Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage daily workflows

  • Learn how to read basic construction blueprints and contribute to pre-construction planning

  • Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical project documentation
