Job Summary:Lead the Finance and Patient Financial Services teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while managing relationships with external stakeholders like auditors and financial institutions.
Oversee the development and execution of fiscal strategies, including budgeting, revenue and expense management, and ensuring efficient, reliable financial systems.
Create and improve systems and processes that maximize technological resources to meet operational and business needs, while maintaining strong internal financial controls.
Prepare and analyze monthly, annual, and ad hoc financial statements and reports, evaluating operational performance and recommending strategies for improvement.
Direct the hospital's revenue cycle operations, including billing, denial management, collections, and reimbursement processes, to optimize patient care revenue.
Supervise payroll preparation, annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with restricted funding requirements and other necessary surveys and filings.
