Experienced Tax Preparer With PTIN Location Remote in Houston, TX :

• Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Enter and organize financial data accurately into our tax software
• Collaborate with experienced tax professionals to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Learn and adapt to new tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant tax preparation
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge Requirements:
• Prior experience in tax preparation or is required

```Qualifications```- High school diploma or equivalent (college education in accounting or finance is a plus)- Proven experience as a tax preparer or in a similar role- Proficient in using tax preparation software- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills:- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as filing and recordkeeping- Familiarity with accounts payable processes- Understanding of tax laws and regulations- Ability to perform financial analysis- Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles- Proficiency in debits and credits concepts- Familiarity with financial sales concepts and strategies - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
