In the Financial Analyst- Non Alc role based in Milwaukee, you will be a key member of the Record to Report (RTR) Accounting team. In this role, you will provide specialized tax support and contribute to process improvements across various functions. Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with sales and use tax regulations, supporting tax reporting and analysis, and driving efficiencies through ongoing migration and transformation initiatives.
This position reports to the GBS Team Lead – Non Alc and works closely with Supply Chain and other Finance teams.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $68,500.00- $89,900.00(posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
