Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Fine Jewelry Sales Associate with at least 2 years of experience in luxury jewelry sales. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, engagement rings, and luxury jewelry. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces, including diamond engagement rings, gemstones, and custom jewelry.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals.
• Provide personalized service to customers, building lasting relationships.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge of fine jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Handle transactions, special orders, and follow-ups with accuracy.
• Help with store display management , inventory, and cleanliness to ensure a luxury shopping environment.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of fine jewelry sales experience required.
• Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, luxury jewelry, and engagement rings.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
• Professional, polished appearance suitable for a luxury store.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
