You are eligible to receive paid sick leave, accruing up to 56 hours per year. You are eligible to receive vested vacation hours available on January 1st following your date of hire. You are eligible for non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges after completing six active months of service. You are eligible for various leaves of absence including medical and non-medical leave. Additional information: The starting annual salary for this position is $42,000.00. You are eligible to receive yearly increases until your salary reaches $52,452.24. You may reach pay incentives for additional trips worked, based on your schedule and if certain thresholds are met. Perform all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations. Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish work tasks. Provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed customer expectations. Assist with luggage and attend to individuals needing assistance during aircraft operations. Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages. Maintain professional appearance and project a positive attitude. Manage time to complete required work assignments. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Adjust to a rotating schedule with variable hours. Sit in an assigned jump seat with safety restraints fastened. Perform tasks that require frequent walking, bending, and reaching. Maintain the appearance of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory. Comply with other tasks as assigned by management. Summary of Essential Duties Flight Attendant Specific Respond during emergency situations by effectively implementing instructions from the flight deck. Guide or direct passengers during emergency situations. Provide emergency medical assistance when necessary. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety measures. Make onboard public address announcements and complete safety demonstrations. Must be willing to open emergency exits and handle heavy equipment. Summary of Essential Duties Cabin Attendant Specific Restock the galley and ensure that food items are not left on the aircraft. Check expiration dates on food items and notify leadership when inventory is low. Qualifications Must be at least 23 years of age. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Three (3) years of corporate Cabin Attendant experience or prior experience as a Flight Attendant is required. Must have a valid passport and driver’s license. Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen. Must be able to successfully complete Contour's four (4) week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program. Must read, write, speak, and understand English. Must live within one (1) hour of assigned base. Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules. Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
