This role ensures food safety, inclusivity, and high quality aligned with the company's values. Responsibilities Food Safety & Quality Assurance: Lead site-level food safety programs, conduct audits, develop corrective actions, and serve as the point of contact for incidents. Allergen Labeling & Risk Management: Implement allergen control systems, train staff, ensure accurate labeling, and serve as SME for menu management software. Wellness Programming: Support wellness food offerings, collaborate on educational campaigns, and represent nutrition expertise in meetings and events. Training & Team Support: Develop and deliver training, mentor team members. Corporate Collaboration: Engage with corporate food safety and wellness teams to ensure standards are met. Customer Service: Represent the company professionally and respond to customer feedback promptly. Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential required. State licensure where applicable. Experience in high-volume foodservice, culinary nutrition, or food safety. Serve-Safe Manager certification required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up to 40%.
