Responsibilities: Food Safety & Quality Assurance: Lead site-level food safety program execution, conduct audits, develop corrective actions, and serve as the point of contact for safety incidents. Allergen Labeling & Risk Management: Manage allergen control systems, train teams, ensure accurate labeling, and support menu software coordination. Wellness Programming: Support wellness food offerings, collaborate on campaigns, and represent nutrition expertise in meetings and events. Training & Team Support: Develop and deliver training, mentor team members. Corporate Connections: Participate in meetings with corporate safety and wellness teams. Customer Service: Provide courteous interactions, respond to comments, and relay feedback. Perform other duties as assigned by the Nutrition Director or RVP. Qualifications: Registered Dietitian credential by CDR required State licensing where applicable Interest in sustainability and food practices Minimum 5 years in foodservice, culinary nutrition, or food safety in high-volume environments Serve-Safe Manager certification required Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel up to 40% Experience with tech clients or hospitality preferred Comfort with digital tools and dashboards Apply to Compass Group today!
