LifeWorks is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced, Starbucks Licensed Store Manager to oversee our Starbucks operation. This is your chance to bring the Starbucks experience to life in a corporate setting-serving up great coffee, building an amazing team, and delivering exceptional guest experience every day! In this role, you'll manage, motivate a team of skilled baristas, fostering a positive, high-energy work environment, oversee daily operations, including inventory management, ordering, assisting in cafe functions, and elevating the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in coffee, barista operations, or Cafe management (Starbucks experience is a plus!), have leadership skills, and a customer-first mindset.
