Job Description

A private family is seeking a professional and detail-oriented full-time housekeeper to maintain their two residences in Tampa, FL. The position is split between a 5,000 sq. ft., 5-bathroom home in Clearwater Beach (4 days per week) and a 7,500 sq. ft., 8-bathroom home in North Tampa (1 day per week) . The household consists of a couple with occasional visits from their adult children.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning all rooms.
• Maintain all bathrooms, including cleaning surfaces, restocking toiletries, robes and towels.
• Change bed linens and ensure bedrooms are tidy and well-kept.
• Clean and organize kitchen, including clearing the dishwasher, wiping down surfaces, and maintaining appliances.
• Monitor household supplies, including cleaning products, toiletries, and groceries, and restock as needed.
• Dispose of expired pantry items and organize kitchen essentials.
• Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
• Occasional deep cleaning and seasonal organization.
• Coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Some light cooking
• All other housekeeper related duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a housekeeper in a private residence.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Reliable transportation for commuting between residences.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30 - $35 per hour. Paid Time Off (PTO). Health Insurance. Paid Sick Days & Holidays
